VHCMA Membership Information

Why Join VHCMA?

If you are looking for crew members in your old unit that you served with while serving in Vietnam or just want to connect with someone that has been there and done that, then you have come to the right place. If that person is not a member then we can help you find them. We are a family orientated group.

We publish a quarterly newsletter in January, April, July and October and typically runs 6-12 pages of stories and contains information that would be of interest to our group.

We hold our annual reunion every year in rotation starting from east coast to middle of the country to the west coast. This allows our members to be able to attend at least one reunion every 2 years. We do our best to make the reunion experience as affordable and inexpensive as we can.

Membership Dues are $45.00 per year for General or Associate Members. A Lifetime membership is available for $350, which may be paid out over a three year period. All members except associate members have exclusive voting rights for determining the VHCMA goals and functions. Associate Membership includes family members, and other non-crewmembers or just anyone having an interest to be part of our association.

Proof of crew member status is required for General Membership.
This may be a copy of your DD-214, Air Medal Orders, or any other documents to verify crew status. If any of these types of documents are not available, another VHCMA General Member may sponsor your application.

Membership & Renewals

If you are a member of the VHCMA, you can renew your yearly membership and pay your Life Membership here on line. If you want to make a donation to the organization you can do that too. In order to complete your transaction, you must have or sign up for a Paypal account. Just follow the instructions, it is easy to do.

NOTE: Effective November 1, 2020 membership dues will increase to $45.00.

NOTE: There is a 4% Handling fee for credit card transactions which will be included in your payment total.
